Recording laws
You must comply with all applicable recording, wiretapping, and privacy laws. In some jurisdictions (e.g. parts of the EU, California, Florida) all parties to a conversation must consent before recording. You are solely responsible for obtaining this consent.
Prohibited content
- Recordings made without legally required consent.
- Content that harasses, threatens, defames, or invades privacy.
- Illegal content, including CSAM and content that promotes terrorism.
- Confidential information you are not authorised to process.
- Content used to train competing AI models.
Prohibited activity
- Attempting to break, probe, or overload our infrastructure.
- Reverse engineering or scraping the service.
- Reselling Echo without a written agreement.
- Bypassing usage limits or sharing accounts.
Reporting abuse
Email abuse@echo.app. We review reports promptly and may suspend accounts pending investigation.
